Things you need to know

+This promotion involves Oly seeking to price beat a dealer vehicle price via a novated lease or crediting you $500 into the Employee’s Novated Lease account (Price Beat Promise).
Our Price beat or $500 back applies to employees who have an employer contract with Oly and settle a novated lease. If we can’t beat the dealer quote via a novated lease we will credit $500 into the Employee’s novated lease account if:
1. the Employee finds an advertised price on a vehicle that is in-stock and available from an automotive dealer in Australia;
2. the Employee provides Oly with a copy of the valid and current quote from the dealer for the vehicle (Quote);
3. the quote is less than 30 days old and is not a contract of sale or vehicle order already placed with a dealership;
4. Oly is unable to facilitate a novated lease from its network of motor dealers based on a lower price for the vehicle than that set out in the Quote (assessed using the same make, model, accessories, build/compliance dates, options, and on-road costs as those set out in the Quote);
5. the Employee is able to show that the Quote contains a delivery commitment from an automotive dealer;
6. the Employee enters into a novated leasing arrangement with the quote they obtained themselves, that is less than the quote obtained by Oly;
7. Some car brands may have set pricing, these brands could include BYD, Tesla and Mercedes. In these instances Oly will credit $50 to the customer's novated lease account.
8. the Employee works for an Employer that allows such promotions as part of their contract with Oly.

The account credit will be placed into the employees Oly novated lease account within 10 business days from the delivery date of the vehicle (facilitated by Oly) as confirmed by Oly.

This credit is not a cash payment. It will be applied as a reimbursement or contribution toward novated lease running costs (e.g. fuel, servicing), as permitted under your salary packaging arrangement

Terms and Conditions within Oly's Refer-a-Friend Program

*The $250 Prezzee eGift Card terms and conditions are as follows:

1.      The Refer-a-Friend Program (the Program) is conducted by Oly Pty Ltd (ABN 69 674 252 629) (Oly) and will run from 21/11/2025

2.      To be eligible to participate in the Program, the applicant (the applicant)  must be:

a.      at least 18 years of age; and

b.      referred by a person who:

  • currently has a novated lease with Oly (Existing Oly Novated Lease Customer);
  • currently an Oly prospect
  • currently salary packages with or has a novated lease with Maxxia Pty Ltd (Maxxia Customer); or
  • is currently employed by Maxxia Pty Ltd (Maxxia Employee); and

c.    not an Existing Oly Novated Lease Customer, Maxxia Customer or Maxxia Employee themselves.

3.      One may participate in the Program by having a friend or family member (a referrer) who is an existing Oly novated lease customer, Maxxia customer or Maxxia employee (the referrer) refer someone (a referee) to www.oly.com.au/refer. The referee must complete and submit the official entry form on this page in full, including the name, email and contact phone number of the referrer (a  Referral Submission). By participating in the Program, you accept these terms and conditions.  Oly is not liable for Referral Submissions that are misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete or incorrectly submitted for reasons outside Oly's reasonable control.

4.      In order to be valid, Referral Submissions must be completed and submitted by the referee themselves.  Referral Submissions that are completed and submitted on behalf of the referee will be deemed invalid.

5.      A Referral Submission is considered completed when:

a.      Oly has received a valid Referral Submission during the Program Period that provides the details of an eligible referrer;

b.      Oly has contacted the referee in the Referral Submission to verify that they were the person who submitted the Referral Submission, and that they are not an Existing Oly Novated Lease Customer and 18 years of age; and

c.      the referee has agreed to take up a new novated lease with Oly, and the novated lease agreement has been settled.

6.      Oly will provide the referrer with a $250 Prezzee Smart eGift gift card for each Completed Referral (the Reward). An additional $250 Prezzee Smart eGift gift card will be provided to the referee upon the completion. A referral will not be a valid Completed Referral if the referrer is not (or ceases to be) an eligible referrer (as defined in clause 2) at the time that the referee's novated lease agreement is settled.  A referrer is only entitled to one Reward per referee and there is only one Reward honoured per referee, even if there are multiple Referral Submissions submitted for that referee.

7.      There is no limit to the number of Referral Submissions that can be made. However, Oly reserves the right to verify: (i) the eligibility of each Referral Submission before contacting the referee; and (ii) the validity of each Completed Referral before issuing a Reward.

8.      The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.  The Prezzee Smart eGift Card may be used subject to the terms and conditions that are applied to the card by Prezzee.  For the full Prezzee eGift Card Terms and Conditions (Terms of service) please visit www.prezzee.com.au/doc/terms-of-service/.  The referrer agrees that if a Reward (or element of a Reward) is unavailable for any reason, Oly may in its sole discretion provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.

9.      If there is any dispute or disagreement between the Referrer and Oly about the Program, these terms and conditions or the validity of any Referral Submission or Completed Referral, Oly will take reasonable steps to discuss that dispute or disagreement with the referrer.  Oly reserves the right to determine the validity of a Referral Submission or Completed Referral in its sole discretion and any decision is considered final and binding.

10.      Oly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.  In the event of Program termination (, Oly will honour all valid Referral Submissions received prior to the termination or expiry date that result in a Completed Referral (even if final settlement of the referee's novated lease occurs after the termination or expiry date of the Program), provided that the referrer is still an eligible participant (as defined in clause 2) at the time that the referee's novated lease agreement is settled.

11.      Once a Completed Referral has occurred (in accordance with clause 5), Oly will contact the referrer and referral at the start of the following calendar month to notify them and arrange delivery of their Reward.  By participating in the Program, the referrer requests that their full address not be published.

12.      In order to arrange delivery of Rewards, Oly will contact the referrer using the contact details that were provided for the referrer by the referee in the relevant Referral Submission.  It is the referrer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the referee provides the correct contact details for the referrer in the Referral Submission.  In the event that Oly is unable to contact or locate the referrer using the contact details in the Referral Submission, the Reward will be kept for three (3) months from the day that the first contact attempt was made. If, following the expiry of those three (3) months, the referrer has still not claimed their reward, the referrer will be taken to have forfeited that Reward. The Reward will not be re-distributed.

13.      All Referral Submissions are the property of Oly. The information about the referrer in the Referral Submission collected by Oly is collected for the purpose of conducting the Program, including contacting the referee and assessing the validity of the Referral Submission. The information about the referee contained in the Referral Submission is collected by Oly for the purpose of contacting the referee to discuss Oly's products and services, and for the purpose of conducting the Program.  Oly may also use this information for direct marketing and online targeted advertising.  Oly may disclose this information to other entities in the MMS Group, our agents, contractors and service providers (including our web and IT administrators, mail houses, advertising service providers and advisers), some of whom may be located overseas (including The United States of America, the Republic of Ireland, India, China, Sri Lanka and the Philippines). The Oly Privacy Policy contains important information about how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information, the security of your personal information, how you (or your referees) may access and correct your (or their) personal information, and how you (or your referees) can make a privacy complaint and how Oly will deal with such a complaint. 14.      The referrer acknowledges and agrees that any Reward received under the Program is not considered a salary. However, the referrer may be required to declare the Reward as income for tax purposes.  Oly does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for any tax liabilities, obligations or consequences that may arise from the receipt of a Reward.

15.      Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.  See www.accc.gov.au for more information about those rights.

16.       Subject to clause 15, Oly is not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death suffered in connection with this Program or any Reward, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law).
